I have had this problem a few times now.
I have ordered the toaster sandwich and about half the time or more, the cook neglects to grill both sides of the bread and the sandwich gets soggy and falls apart as I eat it. Very aggravating.
Go talk to management of the place. Sonic probably doesn't monitor this forum
